Since as the definition says the reasons behind the unexplained infertility is always hidden, but it can be identified if the couple has failed conceiving even after one year without any detectable possible cause.
Undiagnosed Underlying Condition
We many times fail to understand why poor health impacts fertility in more subtle, not yet measurable ways but it does. One of the examples of this is untreated Celiac disease may in some cases of unexplained infertility.
Light Endometriosis
The Endometriosis which is noticeable even without laparoscopy is Severe endometriosis. In case of this condition the endometrial cysts may interfere with ovulation or even cause fallopian tube blockages. But in case of mild or light Endometriosis it may not interfere with ovulation or clear passage of the egg. And thus the symptoms for the same are not obvious. However this has not been approved by experts.
The sperms after ejecuation must make their way out of the semen and into the cervical mucus. Thus they are expected to swim up from the vagina, into the cervical opening, and eventually into the uterus. And during this procedure there might be interference caused by the antibodies which gradually attack the sperm and this is something which is unexplained since it is difficult to diagnose them.
Knowing whether the ovulation is taking place can be detected but to know the quality of egg is quite a difficult talk and thus it cannot be tested. There are several reasons for the poor egg quality like age, an underlying medical condition, or some yet unknown cause.
Sperm shape might contribute to infertility, along with poor sperm movement. Poor quality DNA in sperm could also be a reason for infertility and is definitely not detectable. Hence the problems can be indicated when good-looking sperm can’t seem to fertilize healthy looking eggs.
We have a problem when even after having a healthy cervical environment, healthy eggs, and healthy sperm the resulting healthy embryo can’t impact into the endometrium. As compared to the women with proven fertility, the newly discovered virus is more commonly found in the endometrial tissue of women with infertility.
Sometimes the healthy looking egg and sperm which converts into embryo and later divide and grow to eventually form a fetus goes wrong. But this can only be diagnosed when undergoing IVF.

Intake of drugs is more harmful than any other form of toxins. And thus it affects the reproductive health of a woman. And thus this affects the natural functions of a body.

It's true that women with heavy weight find it difficult to get pregnant. Weight is a major factor as being underweight could also be a problem as it shuts down the reproductive system because of the body's inability to maintain a pregnancy.
Heavy and unmaintained exercise also affects fertility. It is always asked to stay fit and exercise but this when followed in excess could lead to infertility.
The undigested food in the stomach might lead to many imbalances in agni and cause many other diseases. Ayurveda works on providing proper diet to the person so as to cure the agni of the individual.
