  • We try to inculcate such values in the baby so as to improve his morale, mental health, and physical health.
    Every week the pregnant lady is asked to visit the clinic where she is being taught the different activities of garbh sanskar.
    We teach her Mantra chikitsa, Diet therapy and work out to go through the pregnancy.
    We teach the mothers the ways she can stay connected to her baby through womb talking.
    We teach different ways of keeping the body healthy by taking a full body massage, proper diet.
    And in the 8th month we perform Basti chikitsa till the 9th month.
